GrandPoint RN Consulting LLC provides RN-led training, documentation support, medication-safety education, and care-readiness consulting to residential care providers, including personal care homes and assisted living communities. Services are intended for facility owners, administrators, and staff, not individual residents or members of the public seeking medical care.
3. Not Medical Advice or Direct Care
Nothing on the website or in GrandPoint training or consulting materials constitutes individualized medical advice, direct resident care, medication orders, legal advice, tax advice, pharmacist review, or compliance certification.
GrandPoint RN Consulting LLC does not provide home health or private-duty nursing through these services and does not guarantee regulatory compliance, inspection outcomes, licensing outcomes, or survey results. Responsibility for facility operations and compliance remains with the client facility.
4. Booking and Payment
Services booked through the website or by direct arrangement are subject to the fees and payment terms stated in the applicable proposal, quote, invoice, or client service agreement. A booking request alone does not create a client relationship until services are accepted or confirmed by GrandPoint RN Consulting LLC.
5. Appointments, Email, and SMS
Appointment confirmations, reminders, and service-related communications may be sent by email, phone, or text message based on the contact information and permissions you provide.
